Looking to purchase a Laredo 29RL. Interested in hearing from Laredo owners regarding your experience with your unit, service problems, dealer/manufacturer problems(or good stuff).
Thanks.

Thought I would just let you know our experience, we have a 2003 29BH Laredo, bought new, had minor cosmetic problems ongoing, also have a problem with the slide leaving a grease mark on the carpet every time it is brought out. Main concern is that we blew a tire and caused some major damage, problem is is that it is taking Laredo 3 weeks to get parts to our dealer in Ontario. This of course leaves us without a unit all summer. Not happy with that service. In fact just found this forum while finding an address to contact Laredo. Our summer is shot due to the inability to get parts. |

I have a Keystone Laredo and I really havent had any horrible things happen. I know a few weeks ago we lost our awning to some very terrible wind, but so far everyone is really helpful. I love the Laredo and everything about it. Hope this info helps. Sicerely, Sunday Lee |

We purchased an '05 Keystone Laredo 29RL in March '05. We love the unit but had some problems. We had to reattach the awning that pulled out in a Montana breeze. Seems the awning was not attached to anything solid. There were some minor but potentially major things we repaired ourselves that should have been taken care of during final inspection at the manufacturing facility or dealer. We repaired and stabilized the fender on the slide out that cracked because it was twisting. Our opinion was that we could make the minor but aggravating repairs faster than most dealers. Our biggest concern is the roof. We plan to contact the dealer on that one. One major plus is the ease with which the unit pulls. Our 3/4 T '00 Ford Diesel with Gear Vendor and onboard air compressor makes towing a pleasant experience.

| Three weeks ago I purchased from a Keystone dealer a used 2004 laredo 27RL. I have just over 1,000 miles on the rig and had two blowouts this past weekend. I understand the 2004 Laredo has had axel and Mission tires issues. I would like to hear from anyone who has experienced the same issue. |

We put about 3000 on our 29RL before having problems. Multiple blow outs, one bad enough to do $1500. damage to the skirting and wheel well. Now having issues with the water heater...major crack in the tank itself, had to replace the pressure valve early on. You would think something you have to finance for 15 years would have a longer life. Over all, we have been satisfied with the comfort and ease of pulling...and even us girls can easily set it up and take it down during travel. |
